Woodford Reserve has a beautiful setting, tucked away on a small wooded hillside. The spacious new visitors center at the entrance contrasts with the wonderful old masonry rickhouses down by the river. They offer a nice variety of tours and a tasting bar.

Several times a year the distillery holds an all day "Bourbon Academy". I highly recommend the class and you can read about it on this site. A nice bonus is walking around the distillery grounds with a glass of bourbon in your hand, the other visitors looking at you longingly, wondering how you get on THAT tour.
